The Founder Pack is a one-time digital product priced at USD 79 during the founder offer. This policy applies to purchases made through the official Stripe Checkout link.
How to request a refund
Send a request to shuaoo@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Include the Stripe receipt or payment reference and the email address used at checkout. Do not send passwords, API keys, identity documents, or private customer files.
Processing
We will review the request and, when eligible, issue the refund through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times are controlled by the payment provider. A refund request does not require sending us your release files.
